The FamilyBikeStore.com is committed to total customer satisfaction. It is our goal to provide our customers with the great products at the best prices. Should you be unhappy with a product purchased on our website please see our policy on returns below:

The return process:

The FamilyBikeStore.com allows returns for up to 15 days after the delivery of your package.

Prior to returning an item, you must obtain a Return # by e-mailing us at returns@familybikestore.com. Once you receive your Return # your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and parts. If the product is returned in salable condition, the customer will receive a 100% refund on the purchase price of the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the product.

What cannot be returned:

Any product that has been removed from the package, or used, is unsalable and cannot be returned. If you receive any item and are unhappy with it you may return it as long as it is unused, unopened, and in salable condition.

Bicycles that have been assembled or show signs of attempted assembly cannot be returned.

Damaged products:

All products shipped by the FamilyBikeStore.com are undamaged and brand new. Should a product arrive damaged, you must immediately notify the shipping company and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage during the shipping process but will assist the customer in resolving the dispute with the shipping company. It is highly recommended that the customer inspects all items for shipping damage at time of package receipt.

Warranties:

All products sold on our website come with original manufacturer warranties. If a product is defective we will assist the customer with the warranty process to ensure customer satisfaction.
