The return process:
Prior to returning an item, you must obtain a Return # by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive your Return # your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and parts. If the product is returned in salable condition, the customer will receive a 100% refund on the purchase price of the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the product.
What cannot be returned:
Bicycles that have been assembled or show signs of attempted assembly cannot be returned.
