Does the FamilyBikeStore.com offer combined shipping?

Does the FamilyBikeStore.com provide Tracking Numbers/Insurance?
All shipping services used by the FamilyBikeStore.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. Once orders are shipped we will send the tracking number to the customer.
Will there be tax?
All orders will be charged the appropriate tax rate for the respective province during checkout. You will not be charged any further tax.
Does the FamilyBikeStore.com ship outside of Canada?
At the moment we only ship to Canadian customers, however we will ship gifts purchased by Canadian customers to the United States under the amount of $250.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately once an order is submitted it is very hard to cancel an order as it is automatically forwarded to our warehouse for shipping. If an order has yet to be shipped we will have no problem cancelling the order. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org promptly if you wish to cancel an order, we cannot make any guarantees.
Wrong Address, Non Received Items:
If a package is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company, the customer will be charged the shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
